Kamado grills were still relatively unknown 15 years ago in Germany. Today, the round ceramic grills that allow temperatures of between 70 and 400 degrees Celsius to be generated, have many fans among top and hobby chefs. Because especially slowly cooked pieces of meat remain particularly tender when prepared in them.

spoga+gafa 2018 presented the entire world of the garden again from 2 to 4 September in Halls 1 to 10 and on two additional outdoor areas. After three successful trade fair days, spoga+gafa 2018 had achieved increased attendance when it closed its doors. The trends and theme worlds focusing on the world of the garden attracted around 40,000 trade visitors from 114 countries to Cologne including the top decision-makers from the green industry.

The BBQ expert Weber-Stephen is represented at spoga+gafa, the biggest garden trade fair in the world, in Cologne again this year. Traditionally, the American company presents its extensive world of products throughout the whole of Hall 1. We spoke to Michael Reuter, Executive Director Germany at Weber-Stephen about the imminent trade fair event.
