Lightweight, comfortable and durable: Garden furniture made of aluminium is enjoying increasing popularity. At spoga+gafa 2017 international manufacturers will present the latest models and show how designs made of light alloys increase the level of comfort outdoors.

Aluminium furniture for the garden or terrace not only convinces because of this aspect, it is also easy-to-clean, stable and durable. Furniture made out of the stable material also excels because of its linear design and lightweight appearance. Its versatility is a further advantage. For example, aluminium furniture can be combined with both modern, urban architecture as well as with the classic rustic style.

ZEBRA is presenting its new aluminium series “Fly” at spoga+gafa – an expansion of the own product portfolio. A frame made out of power-coated aluminium allows the stackable chairs and loungers of the new series to appear airy and lightweight. The seat and lying surfaces comprise of high-quality textile fabrics and match the frame tone-in-tone. The design of the armrests in teak wood is elegant and merges gently into the frame.

The Italian designer label, SCAB, is presenting its brand new garden table “PER3” at spoga+gafa 2017. The legs made of coated aluminium ensure the stability and characteristic design of the table. With its pull-out table-top made of technopolymer, the new furniture offers various fields of application. Two pull-out options enable table lengths of between 170 to 220 centimetres.

A high-quality aluminium frame also ensures stability and durability in the case of the dining group “Ocean” by KETTLER. At spoga+gafa the famous manufacturer will present the collection with a new design freedom. “With modular elements the series can most recently also be individually put together,” said Tim Dargel, Vice President KETTLER garden furniture. Thanks to individual corner, centre and end pieces various altneratives are possible and this enables more flexibility in the arrangement.
